Production School
Mission Statement: To create jobs through on-the-job training and to flourish during the future economy. To minimize travel to and from work. To promote stronger families by working from home and forming parent and child teams. To offer a workable way of transitioning from a current job to a new profession or part time work that can be developed over time.
The following positions are available to produce 13 weekly web TV shows - www.confusiontv.com. Filming will be at the Bicentennial Park, Hollywood, Fl every Saturday at 4:00 PM. The purpose of the show is to make Rock Stars out of the Band “Smoke 'N' Mirrors”. This is a community project. The preferred enrollment is to be drawn from the immediate Hollywood area.
Video Editor: $20 per week while learning. The company will pay the student $20 per week after editing 2 shows without any assistance for 4 shows. Every show thereafter $20 per hour. Student must have full use of a computer at home. Expect to pay additional monies to upgrade the computer in order to handle a professional work load. A parent/child team is preferred and would be considered one student enrollment.
Camera Operator: $20 per week. Having own camera would be helpful for practicing at home but not required. The company will provide all professional production equipment for real productions. A parent/child team is preferred and would be considered one student enrollment.
The Band: “Cloths Pins, Rubber Bands and Duct Tape”
Band practice and individual music lessons are held at the "Lovell Smith" recording studio located near the Bicentennial Park.
$40 per week each band member

$20 per week. Student must have full use of a computer with fast web access. This is a 6 weeks course. At the end of the course the company will start paying $15 per hour. A parent/child team is preferred and would be considered one student enrollment.
Publicity/Events Manager
50/50 Partners. Candidate must post a $2000. bond. Adult only.
